Once you have your product brand manuals ready, the next step will be design. CHG works with some of the best interior designers in the business as well as experienced architects. CHG will facilitate the design process from start to finish to ensure each property meets the DNA specifications. In addition CHG will ensure properties are operationally adequate and no detail is missed. Presentation scrum sessions will be held with owners and investors to ensure alignment.
CHG has partnership agreements with some of the biggest construction operators in South Africa with decades of experience constructing commercial buildings. CHG will facilitate the quoting and critical path process. Once the development partners have been contracted CHG will supervise the construction project and facilitate the critical path. Regular briefings will be held with stakeholders related to progress updates.

CHG will own and drive the pre-opening phase directly related to all pre-opening budgets, purchasing schedules, recruitment, training, SOP's, vendor agreements, procurement, 12 month rolling and 5 years forecasting budgets, marketing campaigns as well as property setup and opening. Should the property be operated by a 3rd party operator CHG will then operate as the intermediatory between owner and operator.
